Pretrial/DUI Services provides court-ordered supervision to individuals as a condition of bail. This Court office makes referrals to county resources and reports any violations of release conditions to the Court. Additionally, this office conducts Court Reporting Network (CRN) evaluations and facilitates the Alcohol Highway Safety Program for driving under the influence offenses (DUI).
