Office of Court Administration
Court Administration manages day to day court operations such as: scheduling (Arbitrations, Divorce Master hearings, Custody Conciliation conferences, Mortgage Foreclosure); issuing jury summons; jury selection, judicial assignments, courtroom and equipment management, ADA accommodation; interpreters for limited English proficiency case participants (subject to judicial discretion); and general public information. All duties are performed subject to the direction of the President Judge.
Mission: The Courts of the 43rd Judicial District of Pennsylvania, as an independent branch of government, are dedicated to the administration of justice in a fair, impartial and timely manner in accordance with the rule of law and the constitutions of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Vision: In fulfilling this role, the Court will strive to provide the communities it serves with an environment that is safe, accessible and respectful to all. The Court will conduct its business with integrity, competence and a commitment to excellence in order to promote public trust and confidence in the judicial system.
